Sai Abburi has done his MBA in Operations Management and started his career in Administration at different reputed Organizations like Satyam Computer Services Ltd, Tech Mahindra, United Health Group, Accenture and Spectra force for about 10 years in different positions. He had a wide exposure to implementation of Quality Control during this period, and he had Experience in facing different Quality Audits, Go-lives and Events with remarkable ability. Added to that, he had a decade of Business Experience in different Sectors like Employee Transportation, Food and Construction etc, personally taking care of all associated activities with excellence. He is currently leading as a Managing Partner at M/S GARUDA BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS. He was associated with different Construction Companies like M/s GOTHIC HOMES AND M/s GARUDA BUILDERS. Presently he is associated with GOTHIC PENTAGON AT BACHUPALLI, a Project in 4.5 acres with 483 Flats and GARUDA GRANDEUR AT BOWRAMPET, described above. He has the Experience of handling multiple Projects with utmost Reliability and Commitment so as to Deliver them with highest Quality Standards beforehand.

Currently associated with Muscat Steel industries, Oman one of the biggest hi-tensile steel reinforced bars producer as General Manager . Resourceful in driving and managing overall operations and maintenance activities with view to enhancing the operational efficiency of operations, eliminating obsolescence and achieving cost reduction through vendor development, materials management, inventory control and waste elimination. Track record of under taking several plant expansion and technology up gradation initiatives which involved CAPEX budgeting, as well as plant audits to assess process improvements. – Through experience in planning preventive maintenance schedules as well as spares utilization, product development and updating the systems with new techniques. – An effective communicator with polished leadership, relationship with management, planning, coordination and analytical skills. Capacity to motivate people and extract desired performance levels under pressure situations and beat deadlines. He also Associated with building construction activities since two decades.
